Color tattoos are any inked tattoo with a color other than black. So, blue tattoos would still be considered color even if it was a sail boat or written words; just standard tats. The tattoos with colors can be sleeved where the entire space of an arm is filled with ink. The tattoos can be made into a color portrait, or a picture of real people or fictional characters. Any tattoo with color even in the smallest amount is a color tattoo.
